Key Responsibilities
- Provide senior level Oracle consulting as required.
- Provide detailed understanding of local HR legislative requirements
- Understand Oracle Multiple organisation functionality
- Mapping of customer requirements to system functionality
- Data Migration
- Managing off-shore resource for system configuration, documentation, testing and data migration;
- Has in-depth experience with HR structure
- Has in depth experience with Jobs, positions, competencies
- Has extensive experience with Requirements definition, solution design, testing, acceptance and training
- Extensive experience with OUM
Knowledge & Skills
- Oracle EBusiness suite R12.2.5 to 12.2.7
- Oracle Human Resources and HR Core structure
- Oracle HR Self Services
- HCM Absence Management … Leave
- HR Employee Admin, Employee Wellness and Employee Relations
- Oracle iRecruitment

Experience
- Multiple Oracle implementation projects in which a leading role was played
- 5 (vife)Oracle HCM implantations
- Between 5-8 Oracle HCM Experience
Education
- An Applicable tertiary qualification
- Oracle certification(s) professional (OCP)which should be kept recent
